The rooms are large and have a fridge and tea tray in the rooms. The property is in walking distance of the village and Emlyn Hotel where we were attending a wedding. “Breakfast had a wide choice of options. The bed was really comfortable and warm. Internet access was very good. The room had a good sized fridge in it which was a very good idea for keeping snacks fresh and milk fresh for tea. It was a very clean room The guesthouse is situated in the centre of the small town of Lampeter and is more reasonably priced than most establishments and they are nice people working there. ”
