“Excellent quality accommodation, situated within sight of the sea front. Very tidy well maintained property, quiet and comfortable. Only problem was car parking facility, which was a council owned park opposite. Charges were very high hourly, £7 for a day. In all, an excellent break. ”

The house is set in a wonderful location, a short walk from the town of Newcastle Emlyn. It is within easy driving distance of the coast. The bed was very comfortable and we had a most enjoyable few days here.”

“Great communication, easy self check in, clean spacious room with great sea view as described. Modern room with space utilised really well. Love the heated mirror in the bathroom! Comfortable bed and pillows (we snoozed our alarm!) Super soft towels. Tea and coffee great and nice touch with a bottle of cold water and Breakfast tray. 100% recommend and would definitely stay again!! Thank you!”
