“The hotel was in an excellent location, near everything I wanted to see. The front desk was very helpful and the check in process was easy and quick. The customer service could not have been better the entire time I was there, from the room service to the staff upstairs in the breakfast room. The room was very comfortable, parking was plentiful, and the WiFi was great. I would definitelt recommend this hotel amd I WILL be back!”

“Very nice property. Comfy beds and nice clean rooms. We were there on a golf trip and the hotel is right beside the Penticton golf course so it was a perfect location. ”

“We were in Room 101, about 8:30 - 9:00 p.m. Tues. night someone was doing laundry. We could hear the washing machine/dryer going. We weren't sure what it was at first, but figured it was coming from the laundry room as we were just around the corner from it. Fortunately it was early evening so it wasn't too bothersome! The breakfast was wonderful, beds were very comfortable, and the room very clean and spacious. All in all we had a wonderful stay! We will be reserving a stay on our next……

“Came to Penticton to mountain bike the KVR trail. This motel was clean and had secure parking. Bed was very firm. Maybe too firm. ”

“You cant beat the Empire motel, incredible value for money.We stayed with some friends and had a great time. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool and courtyard area is very nice with lots of seating . The location close to the lake makes it ideal and Estelle is very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to stay there again.”
