“Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access”

“The overall experience was amazing, comfortable and we felt safe. The only small issue I had was that the arms to the garage didn't work so in reality, people could potentially park for free opposed to guest who had to pay a nightly rate. There was an option for street parking but it's a bit of a distance from the entrance of the hotel and from the skywalk to get into the hotel.
