“Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access”

“The hotel was quiet and the room was fully updated and felt reasonably upscale. The room had a refrigerator. They offer coffee and tea in the morning at the hotel but otherwise all food is in the other building with the casino. It was dusty at the base of the bed and the lower shelves of the nightstands - but otherwise clean. It was only a 6 minute drive across the bridge to downtown.
