“Our room was huge and very nicely furnished. It comprised a queen bed, a loveseat, a kitchen area, a lovely bathroom, a dining area and a seating area. Our room had a large plate glass window across the whole width of the room with drapes that were electronically operated.The drapes were very effective blocking the ambient light at night. “This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. Too noisy, will never come back again

"Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile phone. However, it is great that the Hotel has an airport shuttle and has a free breakfast for the guests."

"The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good."
