“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

“Neredeyse açıldığından beri bu otelde konaklıyorum. Istanbul Ofisim Beyoğlu’nda olduğu için konumu benim için gerçekten ideal. Şimdiye kadar neredeyse tüm odalarında kaldım ve her biri konforlu ve tertemizdi. Servis kalitesi gerçekten çok iyi; herhangi bir sorun yaşarsanız ekip hemen ilgileniyor. Evet, dışarıdan ses gelebiliyor ama bu kadar merkezi bir konumda bu oldukça normal. Genel olarak çok memnunum ve kesinlikle gelmeye devam edeceğim.”

“優:很乾淨、房間寬敞，床大又軟、枕頭也好睡。廁所的連身鏡設計跟插頭的位置也很貼心。每天會補充飲用水。B2的按摩池、烤箱很適合逛完整天後去放鬆一下，健身房設備也很齊全。櫃檯有位金直髮的櫃檯小姐辦事特別仔細有效率，問她問題很快可以得到有效的解答，覺得她幫了我們不少缺:附近的路很不平，從捷運站拉大行李過去會有點吃力......如果出錯出口就要斜坡上拉過去(坡度很抖)。不過這附近所有的旅館都會有這種問題，也不光是這間，這間離捷運還算近的了。”

“Hôtel de charme trois étoiles idéalement situé au centre de tout. Beaucoup de déplacements se font à pieds. ( Avec métro et funiculaire à proximité. ) Le quartier de Beyoglu avec une vie nocturne que ce soit pour sortir mais aussi manger et faire du shopping jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit. L'hôtel est propre, calme et charmant. ( Vous pouvez juste entendre en weekend le bar pas très loin mais personnellement le bruit ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. )Le petit déjeuner donne un coup de peps……

“This was a very nice boutique hotel. The restaurant downstairs was upscale and the room was great. We stayed on the first floor and it was loud from the street noise at night. The location was great and near lots of bars!”
