“This was our first hotel when we arrived in Bali so we only stayed for 2 nights and arrived around midnight on our first night, but it was still a great experience! The room was very clean, modern and the king bed was just absolutely amazing! The staff was very helpful and lovely. They gave us complimentary cakes on arrival and on our second morning too. “It’s a new hotel and the staff is excellent. Even when I had issues, they worked on everything right away and made sure to check in on me daily. They were receptive to my feedback (one was to add fridges to the rooms which they had ordered prior to my departure) and provided breakfast daily, entertainment once a week in the dining area. ”
