“Magnificent large hotel. Beautiful location. Lovely room. Two very nice restaurants. Perfect spot for a day or two. ”

“Breakfast was more accessible Spa and pool area was good and better wi fi than before. Lot better since been refurbished. Windows in room could have been cleaned but otherwise highly recommend for short stay about a week at most.”

“Helpful lady on reception, checked us in early, plenty of teas and coffees in the room and toiletries, comfy beds, spacious room, great location for access to the river walk and into the town”

“Lovely property, excellent service, and marvelous food. The bartender said he didn’t really know cocktails which was a bit surprising and a tad disappointing. Would have loved to go stalking but discovered we had to reserve that in advance. Will know next time.”
