“O quarto é espaçoso, bonito e muito limpo! Gostaria de ter ficado mais tempo para aproveitar o espaço. Se tiver oportunidade voltarei a me hospedar nesse local.”

“GREAT location! And parking in a lot included, which was amazing after a long drive! Staff was very nice. Room is very outdated, but overall comfortable. Had a lovely little balcony overlooking the river which was so nice! Our original room had issues smelling like sewage - we went to the front desk late at night and they immediately switched our room. But no A/C so it was a bit warm, we opened the balcony door to cool off but be aware. I would likely stay again, b/c of the location, walking……

“It’s located in the mountain side, breakfast with cold cut, eggs and bacon with the valley view. Staffs were nice and helpful. Recommend to all travellers who plan for Douro area.”

“The staff managing the place is caring and helpful. THe breakfast provided is one of the best --- many options and flexible time. There are 2 supermarkets around and walkable to the town centre and train station. The only complaint I have is the humidity and the absense of ventilation in the bathroom.”

“Quinta da Raj ligger ca 10 min bilresa från Peso da Regua med fantastisk utsikt. Allt var perfekt, från inredningen och utsikten till värdskapet av Valeria och Paul. Rekommenderar varmt och skulle verkligen vilja åka tillbaka. ”

“Amazing hotel and views -the location is unbeatable, the pool and property is amazing, in fact none of the pictures proves justice, this is an amazing hotel with lots to offers…. A car is required to get to the hotel, although I didn’t partake in any of the spa it did look amazing - the pool and the drinks are amazing - the breakfast is amazing where you can sit on the terrace - the restaurant offers good food although I thought it was a bit too much and overly fancy for nothing - and the taste……

“The staff here were amazing. The property is very nice, the room was perfect with a small deck for enjoying your free time. The breakfast was well worth the money , nicely presented and everything you could want. I would definitely stay here again. The downfall is there is not a lot to do in this town but if you have a car you just drive to wherever you want to go. ”
