“Saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit gutem, vielseitigem Frühstück. Kommunikation und Besetzung der Rezeption (Wartezeit) empfanden wir nicht optimal. ”

“Das Hotel liegt einerseits direkt an einer S-Bahn und Straßenbahn Station, anderseits an einer stark befahrenen Straßenkreuzung, daher hebt das schlechte das gute auf. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat zumindest im Zimmer das WLAN nicht funktioniert, auch in übrigen öffentlichen Bereichen nur teilweise, am ersten Tag sagte man es wird daran gearbeitet und beim Checkout nur mit "ja ist bekannt" kommentiert ”

“Sly Berlin is a stylish hotel located in the vibrant Friedrichshain area. The design is chic, and the atmosphere is inviting. I was surprised to find that there is no refrigerator in the rooms, which I guess it’s common for hotels in Berlin. The sauna is a lovely feature, providing a relaxing experience. I encountered an issue with some electrical noise in my room, but the staff were very helpful. They promptly assisted me in resolving the problem by moving me to a different room, which greatly……

“We stayed for one night after getting in late from the airport. We slept well and were comfortable. ”

“很棒的旅館！密集頻繁bus 200 站牌就在旁邊，對面就是大公園，我們都是刻意穿過公園，再去進行當日旅程。早餐很豐富。房間很寬敞乾淨，住起來很舒服。不遠處也有tram，很方便。位在寧靜的住宅區。”

“Hostel位於十分偏僻既位置 旁邊還有廢置樓宇 每次行番hostel都覺得好恐怖....check in後職員居然比左間未清潔好既房間比我地 好彩最後都有換番間正常房間比我地...其次hostel並冇跌序可言 係check in counter 任何人都可以插隊而且職員唔會出聲維持跌序 結果守跌序排隊既人就等到唔知幾時先到自己...hostel既check in counter同詢問處（hostel有售賣景點ticket）係同一個地方 而且長期只有一個職員on duty 所以無論check in或者去買ticket都要等比較長既時間..整體感覺好差”
