“The place seemed to have a lot of amenities, but the pool was closed the first night and the bar was closed the second night. The streaming features didn’t work on my television and my door lock malfunctioned two times - requiring someone to come up and charge the lock. Not the worst experience, but not the best either.”

“Pros: The resort property is vast and beautifully scenic, perfect for leisurely walks amidst the snow. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Delicious and convenient breakfast. “Mandy checked us in and she is a true ambassador for this property. What a lovely, friendly woman. Our room looks updated and is very comfortable. The bathroom has not yet been done and definitely the tub could use an update, but for a one night stay on our way south this is perfect.”

“This place met all our needs and then some. I have not been disappointed yet with a La Quinta. The staff is incredible and always happy to stay because it’s always so clean. My favorite part is a always smells nice walking in.”

“I don’t always leave reviews but I do read them when booking and reviews were very mixed for this property so felt I wanted to leave one. Apparently there were issues with computer availability and actual availability but they did find us a room. (Maybe one they don’t use unless they have too). Room was suppose to have a sofa sleeper in living room area and only had 2 chairs. Room was clean but definitely in need of updates/repairs. Bathroom door didn’t close tight, cracked tile and chipped……

“My wife, daughter, and I stayed here while enroute to the Columbus Zoo in Ohio. The Glo Haus is a unique set up allowing for simple, low key lodging in a very beautiful and scenic area. My daughter spent more time either in or running along the babbling brook situated behind the structures. Each evening and morning we would sit and watch a group of deer that would walk down the hillside easement and eat the acorns that had fallen from the oaks on the property. “We were all so thrilled with this beautiful place with these gorgeous views. Although we were here for a wedding, several of us stayed behind to work and linger with coffee in front the windows to see the gorgeous views! It could not have been better and we hated to leave!
