“Scenic river is the only place to stay in Wartburg. Unit #8 is clean inside and looks newly painted with new flooring. The mattresses need updating. The family who runs the inn are friendly. The outside of the inn needs a lot of attention.”

“We have stayed here multiple times and every stay has been impeccable-the experience is great, relaxing, entertaining (see horses) and a great way to both start and end your day. Close to everywhere we needed to go. A hidden charm in west Knoxville. ”

“Beautiful place to stay, easy care and clean up, excellent communication w/ the owners, an all around perfect place to enjoy our son's wedding. Also, hands down the best linens, mattress and pillows we've ever slept on at a vacation rental or hotel. First time I've never used the pillow I brought from home!”

“Overall was a good experience. There are some rules that are not clearly stated in the listing ahead of time, like not having shoes in the house. Additionally, there were stains on the carpets and missing laundry baskets for the towels in the upstairs bedrooms. ”

“Check in was easy and contactless. House is simple and easy but not well appointed. Could use a cutting board, enough plates (only has 4) for the amount of people it sleeps (6), and some more hooks for things like towels in the bathroom or a place to put your baggage. But overall the house was comfortable. ”

“Everything was as described and made for a nice weekend getaway. Pup loved running around outside. If you go in the spring bring some allergy meds as pollen is everywhere (for both humans and pups!). I’ll definitely be back.”
