“Large well appointed room staff professional, always courteous and helpful ”

“Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly Concierge Staff that went out of their way to assist us. They immediately asked to help with our luggage and if there was anything that they could do to assist with our stay while at the Hotel. When we entered the Lobby, the staff was smiling & very friendly, we noticed the professionalism of the staff and the eye contact showed us that they were paying attention to us and cared about our time there. We absolutely loved the Suite that we stayed in.……

“I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.”

“The room doors slammed pretty loud even if you were trying to be quiet. Can they have those anti slam things added? Or sonething to dull the re veneration when it shuts? ”

“Everything is good, but the soundproofing is a bit poor. Can hear the noise from the neighbors in the midnight.”
