Dining area large enough we could all eat in the same area. Rec room including table tennis was used a lot.Water: Fishing was slow but that's no one's fault. Kayaks were used a lot everyday. The shallow sandy bottom was amazing for our kids to play and swim in. The dock held our two boats easily. Stairs to water are not……

“This is a great place. We had 3 families staying here w kids for our local "Friends and Family gathering" at the Catawba park. Downstairs has beds for those that need quiet space and there is a great deck where we saw a bunch of humming birds as well as turkeys and deer. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, and lots of places for people to hang out and play cards in the evening.”

“This was a great little house to rent, good location, pet friendly, very comfortable bed, clean. Just a couple of suggestions for improvements: stock kitchen better with some necessities like dish soap(only a drop left in bottle and no dishwasher soap), lids for pans, tin foil, baggies, plastic wrap, oil for cooking. Provide a grill and some outdoor chairs. People renting should know there is a bar right next door so not very kid friendly due to noise at night on weekends with outdoor stage for……
