“the hotel is located in a historical building which is close to old town, takes about 10 mins to get there. room is nice and clean, though the single roome could be a bit more spacious. breakfast is abundant. overall it was a very pleasant stay. BTW, staff have been really helpful for the tour and bus information!”

“住宿比較特別係沒有面紙，不過沒有問題，我們已經在超市買了。不過顧客要步行半層樓梯到房間，共10級，有大型行李就要留意。職員表示不會協助顧客，就算行李達28KG,也會拒絕，所以要留意了”

“Me and my husband found that it was convenient staying here. The only issue was the steps was a lot to get to our room but other than that we had no complaints. The room was cozy and housekeeping kept it clean. ”

“I am so surprised that it does have reception and no lift. I need to carry luggages and climb up more than 3 floors. No information was given to me before I arrived . Check in is by password that I was never been informed. How come hotel.com not knowing all that and inform me when I am doing my booking. It is lucky that we met the owner at the entrance of the building, otherwise it will be a nightmare..very bad communication.”
