“Superbes chambres et magnifique séjour en couple et entre amis ! Nous étions tous très heureux de la décoration, de l'emplacement, des équipements. L’emplacement dans la vieille ville est juste parfait ! Il y a vraiment tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin dans les chambres ! Noter que les parties communes ne sont pas les plus jolies mais l’intérieur des chambres sont somptueuses. Noter aussi qu'il n'y a pas de vraie réception mais le personnel de la réception virtuelle est très facilement……

“Ett helt okej boende strax utanför Krakows gamla stad. Hotellets restaurang var Nepalesisk, och där åt vi en god middag första kvällen när vi anlände. Trivsamt men lite trappor och hjälpsam personal. Vi fick rum mot gatan vilket var lite störande med spårvagnarna, men så är det nog med många hotell i centrala Krakow.”

“Ett fantastiskt lägenhetshotell med lugn och skön atmosfär i närheten av gamla stan. Trivsam lägenhet med en bäddsoffa och en dubbelsäng. Väl utrustad för egen matlagning och frukost. Lämpar sig kanske mest väl för par eller familj med barn. Toadörr som knappt gick att stänga samt ganska smala sängar för två kompisar. Har du problem att gå i trappor är inte det här boendet för dig då det ligger 5 trappor upp. Fick betala 50 PLN för sminkrester på handduk (aldrig varit med om tidigare). Har……

“the hotel is located in a historical building which is close to old town, takes about 10 mins to get there. room is nice and clean, though the single roome could be a bit more spacious. breakfast is abundant. overall it was a very pleasant stay. BTW, staff have been really helpful for the tour and bus information!”

“Inizialmente qualche problema in quanto non avevamo compreso che il check in avvenisse tramite mail....l. edificio si presenta con facciata fatiscente ma l.appartamento è completamente ristrutturato....bello... spazioso comodo per 7 ospiti....15 minuti per raggiungere la piazza centrale ed in posizione comoda per tram e bus...nelle vicinanze anche un supermercato...”

“This is self services check-in air b&b type. The hotel is situated at the junction of the street however difficult to locate due to no specified signage putting on the wall outside. The water boiler is too old.”

“Ebookers website had wrong information about logging in. We had to call both Ebookers and the hotel twice to get the codes. The room air was bad and ventilation had to be done through the window. Cleaning was for a fee, but the apartment did not have tools for self-cleaning. The equipment was bad anyway. We found a bed bug on the floor. The contact stated that it had come from an open window.”
