“La estancia fue genial. Cerca de la plaza central y al lado de muchas paradas de Bus y Tranvía, todo limpio y confortable. Como único pero diría que por las noches la calefacción la bajan un poquito de más y hay que taparse bien pero el edredón es pequeño para la cama”

“This is self services check-in air b&b type. The hotel is situated at the junction of the street however difficult to locate due to no specified signage putting on the wall outside. The water boiler is too old.”

“Clean, spacious room in a very quiet building . Overall communication was good however I’d arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and also to the hotel to the airport through the apartment and there were major issues both times. The first time, the driver picked me up from the airport and dropped me off at the wrong hotel. I had no idea until I called the service desk at the apartment and she figured out I was in the wrong location. Thankfully, I was able to get an uber (on my own) to……

“bellissimo appartamento vicinissimo alla piazza del mercato di Cracovia. Riscaldamento e bagno eccellenti così come la pulizia della stanza. Da mettere in conto le scale da fare per raggiungere l'appartamento, non c'è ascensore visto che si tratta di un'antico palazzo ristrutturato. Qualità della stanza e posizione ripagano delle scale da fare, consigliatissimo!”

“Ebookers website had wrong information about logging in. We had to call both Ebookers and the hotel twice to get the codes. The room air was bad and ventilation had to be done through the window. Cleaning was for a fee, but the apartment did not have tools for self-cleaning. The equipment was bad anyway. We found a bed bug on the floor. The contact stated that it had come from an open window.”

“Inizialmente qualche problema in quanto non avevamo compreso che il check in avvenisse tramite mail....l. edificio si presenta con facciata fatiscente ma l.appartamento è completamente ristrutturato....bello... spazioso comodo per 7 ospiti....15 minuti per raggiungere la piazza centrale ed in posizione comoda per tram e bus...nelle vicinanze anche un supermercato...”
