“Herwann is a very nice host, the location and the layout of the house are great. Unfortunately, a few things are getting on in years and need a refurbishment. and the cleanliness was also a bit lacking, we found stains on the bedding and blankets. Also the lanai was basically unusable as it was completely filthy. This was a great pity, as the location and layout of the accommodation are perfect. and: there were obviously mothballs in the bedrooms and wardrobes which gave off a really unpleasant……

“Una experiencia familiar muy agradable en Potes. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para garantizar una estancia idónea. Destacaría la limpieza del mismo y la excelente ubicación en este pueblo tan entrañable. Lo único que hemos echado en falta al tener un único baño es un espejo adicional en alguna de las habitaciones o el salón. María muy atenta. Repetiriamos sin duda. ra”

“La casa es amplia y muy cómoda, tiene una ubicación inmejorable. En una zona muy tranquila a 10 minutos caminando del centro del pueblo y a 5 minutos de una ruta de senderismo muy bonita junto a la costa cántabra. Las vistas son una maravilla y estuvimos realmente a gusto desayunando mirando al mar. La casa cuenta con wifi con buena conexión, un salón amplio, cocina equipada,3 dormitorios y 2 baños, por lo que es ideal para familias o grupos de hasta 6 personas. La comunicación con el……

“Great house, very large and clean with all the facilities you would expect, including two separate kitchens. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The setting is absolutely incredible - you are right in the heart of the mountains and Santillan itself has a small bar/cafe and an information centre. Great place, would definitely go again.”

“A lovely apartment in a valley local to Potes. All the facilities were great and we liked the exceptionally large bedrooms. Everything worked as it should. We had a great week exploring the local area and especially the mountains further down the valley.”

“We loved this quiet place with a magnificient view on the mountains. We were the only one, the appartment above was not rented, so it was really quiet. In the neighbourhood you can make beautifull walks. There are no shops in the neighbourhood, so make sure to do shoppings before arrival.”

“El apartamento es estupendo, esta muy bien equipado tanto para adultos como para niños (trona,cuna,barrera cama, balera etc). Ubicado cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila es un sitio perfecto para pasar las vacaciones. Cabe destacar la amabilidad de Agustin y su familia, disponibles en todo momento y dando todas las facilidades del mundo. Ha sido un autentico placer.”

“Mauvais séjour, logement à l'étage, rien n'allait ! L'annonce Abritel je stipulé pas qu'il y a 2 logements, 1 en bas avec jaccusi et un à l'étage ! 1 seule lampe de chevet par chambre, prise électrique défectueuse, grille-pain faisant disjoncter, impossible de manger à 4 dans la cuisine, cafetière pour 2, jaccusi infernal en bas lorsqu'il est en marche, pour nous qui étions à l'étage, c'était infernal. Barbecue inexistant... Quel dommage, le site est (par contre) exceptionnel.”
