“Wow! The view from here is breathtaking! I originally planned to stay two nights, but ended up staying 5. I would suggest planning to spend some time here! You can see the Picos de Europa from your room and there are many places to sit / eat outside. Fuente De is close by and the hosts provided many resources for nearby hikes. There is a cool hike that goes by 3 waterfalls, into a small village, up to a cross, and up to a peak before circling back. There are other hiking trails that……

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect, the bathroom was spotless and the towels big,white and soft. There was a good menu for an evening meal and the food was delicious. The surroundings were very pretty with views to the mountains and a lovely beach just a couple of minutes walk. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone.”

Getting there is an event in itself; after you've passed through magnificent scenery, you're faced with a winding road to the top of the mountain, passing through two tunnels. Once there, you're on the edge of a charming village, and although the hosts speak little English, we both got by with the help of Google Translate! The hosts do everything they can to make you feel welcome and at the heart of a traditional Spanish……
