“Excellent stay at this property. It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. Highly recommend this place!”

“Séjour dans un endroit authentique et chargé d’histoire. Au calme, au milieu de la campagne toscane .Très pittoresque. Délicieux petit déjeuner avec des produits faits maison. “Disclaimer, property sits on top a very very steep hill that you must climb! Other than that, excellent!! Service was great, very clean and modern appliances, very beautiful views with sitting area on balcony. Provides extra pillows!! Breakfast for cheap was very good. Feels secluded and safe with things to do nearby. Host was friendly and very nice! A great hidden gem in Arezzo, highly recommend!!”

“A historic building in an historic plaza. It was lovely during the day and quiet at night. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I received clear instructions before arriving on how to find the hotel. Delightful surroundings but not for those with mobility issues. ”
