“Darryl was wonderful and the bungalow was clean & close to historic downtown main street. Some of the greenery outside needs a trim and the outside of the place is just as pictured. So is the interior and it has the amenities to make you feel at home. ”

“Exactly what we had expected. Somewhat familiar with the area. We enjoyed the open area adjacent to the kitchen. Only issue we encountered was that is only one towel and it was late so we made do. Thanks for having us we really enjoy places like this. ”

“This was a really nice stay for our family and friends. Location is nice and quiet and access to the lake wqas great. Drive was convenient to local destinations - just be careful on narrow and winding roads. Lots of entertainment options at the property - - pool table, ping pong and video games. Air conditioning worked great. Plenty or parking at property for up to 5 cars if needed. Would definitely stay again! Lots of entertainment options”

“Stayed one night in this charming mountain cabin with amazing views! Loved the firepit on the deck and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The host was very responsive and provided great suggestions for our stay. Host does warn about the driveway being steep and we can confirm it is indeed! However, our SUV had no problem, although it was a bit scary going down the first time! Visited nearby town Galax which offered lots of shops and restaurants. Went to “Creek Bottom Brewery” for dinner and……

“We came down to Virginia to visit family in Floyd and this cabin was less than a half an hour away. The place was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We had our morning coffee out on the deck taking in the view. I brought my telescope to take advantage of the clear nights and dark skies, it did not disappoint.Great place.”

“We loved staying at this cozy home in Galax. Communication was quick and consistent from the start. The house and property was immaculate. The home was just as described but even better in person. Amazing views from every part of the home. The wrap around porch was the perfect way to start our morning with coffee and a sunrise and end with a sunset. The hot tub was an added bonus! We can’t wait to stay here again. ”
