There was a maintenance problem at the house we originally booked and the property manager, James, arranged a comparable house for my family with only days left before our vacation. The property management company nicely stocks the house with those things you end up needing at many rentals but always forget (soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, coffee filters, etc.). House had plenty of room for groups to gather so that everyone was not on top of one another. Blinds or some type of window covering of the windows in the kitchen would help with the late day sun. “Beautiful home with modern appliances. Clean water and beautiful pool/spa. Well cared for with minimal wear and tear. Getting in was easy with good initial communication from owner/manager Vacasa. “Flyway was definitely the cleanest house we ever walked into in OBX. Kudos to the cleaners! The distance to the beach isn't bad. Just a short walk up the road, with 2 beach access to choose from. The public pool was super close and no one was ever there which was nice. We never used the hot tub, so no comment there, but it looked nice. The inside of the house is nice, new floors (easy to sweep), new tvs, new couch, new paint, decent size bedrooms with lots of private decks (the beds are firm)……
