“There were 15 of us and we were all very comfortable in this home! The beautifully updated kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and small appliances! The pool was wonderful and we all enjoyed the view of the sound so much! The owners were excellent to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!”

“Everything in the property was as advertised. Location is fantastic when trying to go do events throughout the northern part of OBX. Food/Gas/Pool/Beach/Gym are all within 5 minutes of the home. Biggest gripe I had was having to leave, place worked out well for family & I.”

“This was our first time in Outer Banks. We weren’t sure where a good location was. The city itself wasn’t a ran down tourist trap. The house was in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, the beach. It was surrounded by other beautiful homes. You also felt there was privacy due to the trees and landscaping that separated the houses that were close by. The house itself was exactly as pictured. Very spacious and beautiful! It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil……

“The layout of the house was fantastic and the stairs didn’t bother us at all. Temperature was cool and humidity free. Kitchen was spacious and clean with plenty of dishes for our family. The porches were lovely and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the book of suggestions left by the hosts! Thank you Kathy!”

“Loved our first time in OBX, and the house was awesome. All the amenities were included. We paid for the pool to be heated while we stayed and it was worth it. The only downside, is the driveway. If you have to walk a dog it can be tough because of the grade. We will definitely come back.”
