“This is such a quiet and beautiful place. My wife was hoping to see the chickens. However apparently a Bob cat got there first. We feel terrible for the owner. The pot belly pigs were fun and friendly. The place was cozy and warm. The wood stove was great on a cold night. The location is country, but close to town conveniences. We will return. ”

“We stayed from Thurs-Sunday during a weekend where we attended a wedding at the church next door to the property! The beds were comfortable, and there were extra blankets available, as it was a cool weekend. Casey (the host) answered promptly when I texted her a question, and everything worked as expected. We had to leave very early on Sunday am, and checkout was easy and clearly communicated!”

“My family stayed in this house in October 2024. The house's amenities were excellent for my large family group. The pool is particularly lovely - we paid the extra premium to have it heated and this allowed us to use it on a daily basis in mid-October. The kitchen has good facilities including a freezer with a constant supply of ice. There are plenty of dishes and a good dishwasher. The master bedroom is especially spacious. “We have stayed twice at this property, both times over a Presidents weekend. The rental cost is a good deal. 3 bedrooms and a big backyard for kids. Keep in mind no forced air heating or air conditioning. Wood burning stove and fans. The kitchen is small but very workable. Two of the bedrooms have good beds, one has a mattress that really should be replaced. I like this spot, it's very convenient, very affordable, we'll likely come again!”
