“Would have been appreciated if the person at the front desk would have removed her mask. I as a hearing impaired customer that was staying there could not communicate with this person. She could have step back and removed the mask to communicate or she could have written on a piece of paper”

“Kyle at the front desk was amazing. The shower wasn’t working well in our original room but he was able to get us into a new room and brought the new room key up to us. He was on top of it and was so friendly. Hotel and room was very clean as well”

“My stay was absolutely everything that I wanted it to be despite the renovations that are taking place within the facility. The service was still amazing. There was great customer service from the front desks to the housekeeping staff. I am visiting from california and I already have a made up mind that when I return to cleveland this is where I'll stay”

“This was our second time staying at this property. Sunday morning was very busy and the breakfast area was a mess, trash over flowing, no syrup, empty waffle mix, milk empty. And no person around to work the dining area. I was very upset with the amount of money we paid to stay here that this was the condition for breakfast. The other mornings were better during our stay but Sunday was very disappointing ”
