“The hospitality in this hotel goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Everyone was friendly and you were always greeted! If we needed anything, they always provided for us. Thanks goes to everyone for a wonderful stay. One staff member that stood out the most was TOMMY, he greeted us every morning, checked in on us, and was great with our daughter. “Very clean interior. Little touches like good smelling toiletries and our own coffee maker add up. The mini fridge had a freezer which was very helpful to freeze our ice packs. Loved that coffee was available 24hours in the lobby. The indoor pool was just the right size and kept very clean.”

“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”
