“Listing description and pictures are accurate. Good size space for my husband, myself, and our two teens. Enough kitchen essentials to cook when we felt like it. Nice, quiet neighborhood/complex. Clean and well maintained pool area. ”

“Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out……

“This condo is owned by an outstanding gentleman! He immediately helped with any questions or problems we had. The location is awesome, overlooking the pool & hot tub, with the mountains as a back drop, on the second floor. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. The grounds are very well kept. The condo itself was super clean, with all the amenties you ever need while on vacation. If you're considering renting this condo, have no fear, it's well worth it!!”

“THE HOME WAS IN IMMACULATE CONDITION. THE OWNER WAS PROMPT TO RESPOND WHEN I INFORMED HIM OF OUR ARRIVAL TO THE PROPERTY; HOWEVER, WHEN I MESSAGED HIM TO LET HIM KNOW THAT WE HAD LEFT THE PROPERTY AND MENTIONED HOW SATISFIED WE WERE, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY REPLIES BACK. “We had a lovely 3 months at the very new condominium at the Riv. It is designed beautifully and just like the photos, maybe better. Michael was very responsive and great to deal with . Its in an easy location to get around anywhere in Palm Springs.”

“I, my partner, and my friend, his wife and child enjoyed staying at this condo over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and it was easy to break up our two groups between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Location was convenient and we enjoyed Big Bear's 4th of July fireworks from the neighborhood's green space/dock. Condo is a quick 5-10 minute drive to the main village and an easy drive to other points of interest. Parking was pretty easy.Two main downsides to this……
