“Everything was as it was described in the advertising. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room. It was very quiet also.We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hendersonville! The communication between us and the owner was excellent.”

“We absolutely loved our time at May Acres Cottage. It was the perfect location for us to explore the parkway, visit friends in Asheville and a quick trip away to a family wedding! The cottage was spotless and was equipped with everything We could have needed. Julie and Tim were wonderful hosts! ”

“The location is beautiful. The house was clean. kayaking and canoeing on the lake was amazing. Also rented a boat one morning to tour the tree beautiful waterfalls on the lake. The only issue would have been parking, however the owner was very accommodating. It's best if your able to park your vehicle inside the garage. Great lake front location with beautiful towns nearby.”

“This is an older hotel property, and has the layout you might expect. Not luxurious, but very clean and ideal for our purposes of exploring downtown Asheville for the weekend! We were on the 5th floor, and liked how we could take the stairs or elevator to easily get up and down. Front desk was friendly and efficient. We will stay here again!”

The house is in a great location -- close to everything but in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood (a little too close to Jeremiah's Italian Ice which we ended up visiting several times!) Our small pup could not have been happier and we really felt like it was a home away from home. We would definitely stay again.”

“Had a last minute opportunity to visit my daughter and looked at VRBO since I've always had great luck with them. Got to the property and found out that my room was 1/4 price per night. I paid VRBO more than 4 times what the hotel price was per night. Property was just barely OK. Pool was closed. Breakfast made my daughter violently ill which put a damper on the weekend. Feel stupid and taken advantage of...and yes, I am part of that responsibility so that is why I am writing this review...buyer……

“This place is surprisingly even better and bigger than it looks in the pictures! It’s clean and comfortable and comes with just about everything you could need for a fun trip. The owners are super friendly and made sure that we were all set. We used this place for a guys’ trip and it was perfect for the remote vibes and a quick drive to our river tubing and a super easy drive to Asheville! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for the mountain vibes and also convenience to……

“It is a spacious studio with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The shower is amazing and parking was safe and convenient. The neighborhood was lovely, safe and quiet. The only issue we had upon our arrival was a problem with gaining access to the unit via the keyless entry door lock. Luckily, the owner's arrived right on time to help us get in. They were very friendly and helpful as the issue was resolved. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.”
