“Love Motel 6 No HOLD ON CREDIT CARD! This is the main reason I will stay solely with Motel 6. When hotels put that hold on your card it doesn’t show as a hold and if it falls at the end of your billing cycle and they don’t refund for a week You have to pay it on your CC or get hit with interest!!! “I like the facility location.i didn't like the fact i checked in and was charged for 2 nights that was already paid for thru expedia. Even though I prepaid I was still charged and now have to wait several days to get my refund. This is an inconvenience to me. This should not of happen if there was proper communication between expedia & riverview motel.. A phone call shouldve been made not an email to explain that my fees were already paid.”
