“Fast responses, easy check in, the pack and play was set up for our little one, very clean, and lots of little details made it feel like home. On a busy street but easy to turn around and close to downtown. The second floor bedrooms get warm but the fans and an open window made it comfortable. “The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……

“My family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this farmhouse. The house was charming and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook family meals. The wildlife that can be viewed from the windows and front porch were amazing. The drive into Oneonta was about 20 minutes. I recommend downloading a map because GPS and 5G can be flacky in the mountains. The WiFi at the house kept all the kids devices streaming with no issues.
