“We called the day prior inquiring about an early check in. Ryan said it was booked solid and they can't guarantee early check ins, but he would keep his fingers crossed and think positive thoughts for it to happen. We got in at noon and Ryan's positive vibes worked and he was so wonderful and got us an outstanding room!
