“Vacasa, the management company of this home, has poor communication and the check-in process took over 2 hours as it failed when I first uploaded my ID. We were stuck outside the house till 2am after a long day of travel. They then asked me to verify my identity and I was forced to answer some very personal identifying questions like the kind used when you apply for a loan to buy a house. Previous addresses, etc. Vacasa asked for a 5 star review, but after I told them my experience, they didnt……

“We had a great stay at this location. We had a fairly large group (8 adults, 4 children). There was plenty of space to relax, and most importantly enough bathrooms to accommodate our group. Scott was a fantastic host and was incredibly communicative during our stay. This was the first time we've been to the Donner/Lake Tahoe area during the summer, and it was a great experience. ”
