“Vacasa, the management company of this home, has poor communication and the check-in process took over 2 hours as it failed when I first uploaded my ID. We were stuck outside the house till 2am after a long day of travel. They then asked me to verify my identity and I was forced to answer some very personal identifying questions like the kind used when you apply for a loan to buy a house.
