“Beds are firm. Never had back pain like that before. Wonderful black out shades! Tons of homeless near by. Aurora and Denver is such a dirty pair of cities. Never seen so much garbage blowing around before. Heard some noises from trailer park behind hotel that could be confused for got shots. But cops never showed up so maybe fire crackers?. Was told to go on the other side of the bridge. Hotel is 15 minuet freeway ride from most experiencial shopping and dining. Have no complaints on the room……

“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“All staff that we encountered were super helpful. From the front desk to the breakfast hosts and housekeeping were so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The rooms and facilities are well kept and clean. Was a very pleasant stay and I will definitely go back. ”
