The property was phenomenal, indeed one of the nicest and newest in Cirvinia. Super new and always clean. The location is fantastic, 3 mins walk to the ski Lift.

Pros:
- Ski-in, ski-out
- Great, friendly staff
Cons:
- Old, run-down hotel
- Poor quality food in the restaurant
- Flies in the bedroom
- Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth
- Had no hot water for showers through-out stay
- Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door
- No kettle, iron or safe
- Lift was often broken”

I can see the Matterhorn directly from the balcony of my room. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. Location is good, only 10 minutes away from the station. ”

“The hotel shuttle was broken for the pick up at train station so the staff asked us ride taxi and the hotel will pay the service later. However, we rode the taxi that was not payable by the hotel. The hotel should arrange the taxi and tell the guest which taxi instead of asking guest to find taxi themselves.”
