"The hotel design was beautiful and overall was clean. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient, they have a 5 star service. However, when I turned on the shower, 3 insects dropped from the shower head and completely shocked me. It was disgusting as they were dead. I wondered if the hotel staff forgot to close the balcony door and let in the insects. It gave me a good scare when they dropped. I wish the hotel could do a better job next time given that every other detail of this hotel was perfect. Also, one moth flew into my room during night and it disturbed my sleep. Given that there were no air conditioning, we had to open the balcony door for air, I wish the hotel could install window screening to prevent insects flying inside the room. "

"The hotel was great for its value. The room was very cozy and functional although being small. It was super clean as well and the bathroom was very nice and modern. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff. No AC but it wasn’t a problem at all, I asked for a fan when I checked in in the afternoon, but in general it’s ok with the window open. Happy that there’s an elevator too."

" 雖然距離策馬特火車站有一點距離，但沿路的風光很美，我慢慢的遊走到酒店，路過看見「馬特洪峰」很自然會停下來打一下卡，小酒店整體服務水平可以接受，員工也很禮貌，房間有小露台可向着他們的小花園，以這個價錢來說很化算，環境也很好。 還有在酒店出來的小路上你會遇見一間自選材料的Pizza店，這家店的Pizza也不錯。"

"要洗澡才發現房間沒有吹風機，第一次遇到，不確定是飯店忘記，還是要主動詢問，在其他飯店沒有這個情況，但櫃檯已下班，隔天才能索取；其他部分都很不錯。"

"飯店離策馬特火車站有一段距離，如果有行李務必要搭乘計程車。但飯店的位置離馬特洪峰又更近，很適合想要一早追日出的人，並且飯店早餐很棒，我還會想要再住一次。"
