“This place was fantastic. It’s right on the beach and the staff are super friendly. La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. It’s not super fancy, so don’t expect the four seasons, but it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend. ”

“We stayed for a night with our 2 month old baby and had a lovely time. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, the pool was lovely and clean. Great breakfast, very good for people with allergies ”

“The apartment was very quiet and fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay truly wonderful. The beach is just a few meters away, which was a huge plus. The check-in process was smooth and easy with a code, and any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly. The cleanliness of the apartment was absolutely 10 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again!”

“this was our second stay at the Hotel Gran Playa within a year, we checked in late due to flight delays from Madrid to Alicante in the historic (el Apagon) black out in Spain the receptionist explained about the black out and no electricity no lights in our room tired and hungry from the ordeal and no bars or restaurants to go to, a lovely lady getting ready to go home after her shift I was asking where we can get something to eat offered us pizza from the kitchen i think her name is Mercy,……

“Vi bodde her 4 netter. På grunn av sen innsjekking fikk vi rom i 2. etasje første natt. Litt lite utsikt mente vi, men det var ikke noe problem dagen etter. Nydelig utsikt mot sjø i 7. etasje og meget hyggelig og vennlig personale er vår oppfatning.”
