“Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.”

“Very cosy and warm, steep steps up to room and parking a few minutes walk away. A wonderful view to wake up to overlooking the river Medway. No breakfast inc and it’s not clear reading the other reviews, I think it’s overpriced without breakfast. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. If you are a light sleeper noisy traffic in the background also. The host was friendly. ”

“A lovely countryside stay. The pub is beautiful, a great mix of an old pub with modern design. Everything feels lovely and clean. Huge beds! I would say though, we stayed on a Sunday and the road out the front on the Monday morning was quite noisy (rush hour, bin men and gas refill right outside the window of our room). I doubt the rooms were full with it being a Sunday, so it would have been good if they put us out the back. If you can, request a room at the back of the building! ”

“What an amazing place to stay. Absolutely outstandingly fitted out. Fantastic attention to detail. I wish id arrived earlier and left later so that i could soak up the atmosphere some more. Stunning!”

“Hotel très bien place, le staff est super! Petit dej symple mais efficace! Train a 2 minute a pied et a 24 min de londre! Parking gratuit et très spacieux. Petit bémol pour les rideaux qui cache pas la lumière de rentrer, lit un peu petit… Salle de bain le carellage bouge un peu… mais on as passé un très bon moment! Très central et bien servi en restauration ”

“Lovely venue and gardens. Breakfast was a bit of a shame. They had run out of most items in the buffet and we had to wait for a table. They should also have proper hot water for drinks and not flasks. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with lovely rooms.”

“Very comfortable log cabin, excellent supplies of both toiletries and breakfast goods. perfectly clean, good hot shower, set for right temperature, hurrah! Only problem was lack of WiFi. Although password given, there was no wifi to log in to.”
