“The hotel is on the main street accessed via a side alley with steps and parking is available across the road. A warm welcome on arrival. We had room 20 which was spacious and had a view onto the bustling Pantiles street area of TW. If you are like us a couple staying overnight for a nice dinner and a few drinks, this is actually a perfect place to stay. On the Sunday morning because we were up early, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel which is à la carte and I must say the coffee was……

“Our stay at the Mount Edgcumbe was genuinely exceptional. My wife wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and the manager and staff showed such warmth and care — nothing was ever too much trouble. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made us feel completely looked after. The room was beautifully appointed, with everything we could need, and the bed was especially comfortable. “Though GPS directed our car to the tourist coach parking lot at the back, the hotel is just beside the motorway service centre with several restaurants in it. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station ”

“Beautiful room with almost everything you could wish for. My only gripe was the only mirror in the room to do hair and makeup was in the hall/alcove between bathroom and bedroom. Needed a mirror over the dressing table. However I always travel with an extension lead so I survived. Really would recommend.”
