“Gorgeous and relaxing property that was very clean and safe”

“I was here for my birthday celebration. It was not the experience I was expected. We get a complaint letter from the hotel because I was calling my family on the balcony at 10:00 pm with regular voice. The other guest yelled to me and the hotel got their complaints and wrote me a long letter against me. They didn’t even ask about what’s going on. I felt uncomfortable. Also, there is no AC. I traveled with my daughter, the property is so pretty that my daughter asked me to take bunch of photos of her just on the property.
