“若是自駕前往非常不便。使用導航前往時，在進入到飯店旁的廣場前的單行道，所顯示的交通號誌是「禁止進入」會讓人不斷地繞，直到發現禁止時段為07-11。順利進入好又是廣場，對外國遊客來說會不確定是否可以臨時停車。 順利Check in後，飯店人員提供的停車場非常的遠，但當作散步還算浪漫。遺憾的是放電人員告知「停車一晚12€」，令人錯愕的是隔天取車（未超過24hr）卻是21.8€。 另外周遭的停車位皆為當地住戶所使用的「綠色」。 雖是SPA Hotel，但卻不能使用？”

“We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked.
