“The front desk and staff are very good at their jobs. You are made to feel genuinely welcomed immediately. The room was comfortable, the pillow selection was top notch. The area around the hotel is great - this is where you should stay instead of the busy centro. My only complaint is the sewage smell from the bathroom. You have to keep the bathroom door closed and the window in the bathroom open. It didn’t bother me much, so I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s tremendous value”

It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. “We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden.
