“The staff here are GREAT. Yes, all caps. They’re friendly and helpful and always make you feel welcome. Compared to other hotels, the front desk where you check in could use a glow-up but the staff definitely still shine. Location of this hotel is excellent for getting around, and walkable to so much. ”

“Had such a good stay in Hotel Indigo. the location is fantastic, about 5 mins walk from subway and to many other places. the staff there are friendly and helpful. we asked for an early check in and they did so for us gladly with a smile. the club upstairs is also very good. we had such a good time and i will definitely book this hotel again next time!”

“酒店要求下午三点后才能办理入住，三点半到达，等待半个小时依然说房间没有打扫不能办理入住让继续等待。再三与服务人员沟通，服务人员蛮不讲理，也不回复到底要等待多长时间。问能否取消预定，回复不能取消否则扣除已经预付的一天房费！忍无可忍之下要求与酒店经理直接谈，最终才给办理了入住。在与服务人员沟通过程中，感受到服务人员的素质之低，寻求其他服务人员协助，每个都事不关己的冷漠态度！酒店大堂拥挤不堪，办理入住只能站立等待。入住后的房间是二楼，靠近街边，房间夜晚非常吵闹，无法入睡。房间内的装修与设施陈旧简陋，根本不值近4000元人民币房价！发誓永远不再光顾这家黑店！”
