“I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!”

“The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. It’s not the homeowners fault BUT a HEADS-UP would of been very appreciative !! The pictures make the inside of the home look much bigger but it did fit our family needs. “ THE……

Quiet neighborhood.So much fun with old school video arcade game, ping pong, lots of board games, puzzles, reading material.Big bubbling clean hot tub, and fire pit. Plenty of comfortable beds for the whole family, all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen, bikes, beach chairs, boards, & towels.”
