“Great hotel right across from the pier. The room had amazing views of the beach and it was easy to walk over and return to the pool later.we appreciated the free coffee and popcorn as well as the laundry (important as we have been on the road for 5 weeks!). Having a kitchen in the room was also really useful, especially the microwave. The staff were helpful and responsive. ”

“Nice, clean, great location. Close to UCSC, breweries, a distillery, restaurants and Natural Bridges.”

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……
