“I and three colleagues booked a room on Hotels.com on April 29, but on May 13 (after 10:30 pm) the three colleagues were suddenly told that there were no rooms available and no alternative accommodation was arranged. At the last minute, we had to find our own hotel, which made me very nervous and disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would absolutely do so”

“Room set up was perfect for us. Comfortable but needed a few fixes. Lighting is totally minimal! Dark walls and lights are too dim. Couldn’t even see the little kitchen area. Bathroom not bright enough. Walls had many many stains. Possibly due to textured wallpaper but the cleaning stains or hand prints on the dark walls looked bad. Ottomans should have been covered in a non peeling material. Comfy beds. Lots of pillows and comfy sofa to sit. Good breakfast too. Stayed four nights. Only……
