“I liked that the property included a mini ish kitchen inside the rooms , felt like me and my girl were capable of cooking , didn’t like that the bathroom sink would technically be the kitchen sink but we made it work , not a big deal ! Pool was awesome and the overall stay felt safe and great!! ”

“The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. The Melia Orlando took my card for incidentals while they checked on the VRBO reservation, then charged me without consent or permission. I can't……

“Great clean property in a good location to everything Orlando has to offer. A few minor negatives. We arrived at check in time and they were still cleaning the condo. Sat in the hallway for 15 minutes to wait for them to finish. No major deal and happy to have a clean place but definitely inconvenient. Second, annoying that I had to buy toilet paper, trash bags and dish soap. These have always seems to be standard in VRBO’s but maybe I’ve been fortunate previously. Regardless, I would definitely……

“Loved this quaint and tastefully chic get away! It was very accessible to the surrounding areas where we had events going on. We could tell there was a lot of care put into the small, but perfect space for a couple nights. It was spotless and comfortable and had a wonderful spacious shower which was nice to come home to. "They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
