“My friends and I went down to Comic Con. Typically I overpay for a hotel, but this year we decided to try VRBO. Kim was awesome! Her place was awesome! It was so much more relaxing than the hustle and bustle of downtown. We will definitely stay with Kim again. Thank you!!”

“End of summer trip did not disappoint! Teresa was wonderful! I appreciated her wonderful communication and responding to all my questions and needs quickly.The beds were super comfy, perfect space for accommodating a family of 6. My kids enjoyed the putting greens and the front patio. It was so fun to watch the fireworks and enjoy quality time with everyone. The best part was being so close to everything! Such a gem of a house. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our summer……

“Very well equipped and great location close to multiple San Diego beaches. 15 minutes to the convention center. Very family friendly with available kids plates, silverware, glasses, stroller, toys, and games. I would definitely stay here again. ”

It was so great to be able to spend the day galevanting and be able to come back and relax for dinner. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. “I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and……
