“House was set up perfectly for our large group, easy to navigate, many options for group or individual activities and very close to the ocean. Very minimal to no disruptions or noise from the street or neighboring houses and ample parking both dedicated and on the street. We held several celebrations, including a college graduation and a marriage proposal and all deemed the venue "perfect". Owners/Management Team was responsive, proactive and easy to contact.
