“Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. Owner went out of their way to hurry construction/repair, helped with early checkin and had great communication throughout. Easily slept 9 with room to spare, and couches seated the……

“As soon as I walked in the smoke alarm was beeping so I had to contact the host and wait for that to be fixed. Then I went to take a hot shower and relax….. no hot water. And I’m talking the water was ice cold. Contacted and they came to look at it. The man went into the bathroom with the shower on and shut the door. Then told me to use warm water I needed to turn the knob all the way to the right (where it’s cold and about to shut off). That was the solution… They were prompt and helped with……

“Modern, comfortable house walking distance to restaurants and the beach. It was well stocked with beach chairs, towels and beach passes. There were also bicycles, parking and a huge kitchen with everything you need. The hot tub and fenced in yard were huge bonuses. The host was responsive and helpful from our arrival to checkout. Would recommend this place highly. ”

“the safety in this place is dangerous. twice i had people punch in my door code and come in, thankfully they weren’t weird. As a female that made me feel unsafe on top of the fact that it was not made clear that you will be sharing the place with other people. The host was slow on replying and the safety was my top issue otherwise the location was the best part of this place ”

“We had a very good time. Emanuele and Francesco were very welcoming and gave us good tips to discover the city. Yuki and Lenu are lovely cats <3. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the subway, making it very easy to go to Manhattan. I recommend this place and would stay again.”
