“The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors……

“Bed was large and comfortable. The room was spec’d to a high standard which was nice. The kitchenette had all the necessary equipment with a large built in fridge and freezer compartment. Getting into the property was easy and fully self service. Onsite parking is free with quite a few spots at the back and front. “Expedia says there are laundry facilites on-site. This is NOT accurate. They do have an off-site laundry service, but it takes at least a week from pick-up to drop off. Do not rely on this for your laundry. Our room was interesting as it was definitely an older building, but the bathroom was newly renovated. Very close to a public bus stop if you want to use public transportation.”

“We had a lovely stay, room was a little dated but the bed was comfortable and shower great, rest of the hotel had a luxurious feel and the dining options were great and could have been excellent with just a couple of details improved like the butter being soft for the bread and fish and chips was a half portion of fish so was disappointing. The spa was gorgeous, just missing a jacuzzi. Overall a great stay and very attentive staff.”

“The cottage was amazing, everything we needed and more for a quiet weekend away as a family. The setting was beautiful. The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future.”
