“The cottage was huge and extremely well-equipped, making it a perfect stay for families. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The spa requires advance booking, and guests can stay for only one hour, but it was a great experience nonetheless. Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay!”

“This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). We had a slight miscommunication at time of booking, but she was so patient and……

“Lovely room so able to relax. Good communication from the hotel - it wasn't open the night I stayed but I was sent details of the keypad for the front door & key to the room was available. A list of food delivery options was provided as food not served that night. Tea/coffee in the room plus toiletries. It's a lovely place to stay &, if visiting the area, close to the main road, beaches, small villages but only 20 minutes or so from Plymouth. Definitely recommend whether for business (decent……

“The staff on reception were so friendly. The hotel was clean and modern inside. Bedrooms so warm with heat on. You can walk into Looe or drive down and park. Hotel has parking so that brilliant. The beach does f let dogs on there are any time which is a shame but they can walk along the path. Lots of cafes, pubs, eating places all dog friendly. Loved it there. ”

“Fantastic place, great accommodation, lovely rooms, nice food and drink. Location could not be better. Staff were wonderful, friendly and chatty. We will be coming back. The only improvement we can suggest is for the doors to rooms to have soft closing mechanisms as the doors constantly slam shut.”

“The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was very good. Top tip: sit on the green by the river with takeaway fish and chips and a drink. Lovely. The rooms are a little basic but fine. Location is quiet with lots of great walks around the area. Free parking next to the pub. ”
